Hi, I'm Breanna

I created Soulera Counseling because therapy should be more than just talking.

Too many people go to therapy for years and still feel stuck in their bodies, their relationships, or their fears. That’s why I practice somatic (body-based) and trauma-informed therapy,  not just talk.

I’m trained to help you:

  • Regulate your nervous system so you stop feeling constantly on edge
  • Gently process trauma without retraumatizing you
  • Rebuild safety in your body and in relationships

My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, kink-aware, and poly-friendly. You don’t have to explain or hide your identity, your relationships, or your desires. If you’re ready to actually feel better, not just understand why you hurt, reach out.
