I created Soulera Counseling because therapy should be more than just talking.
Too many people go to therapy for years and still feel stuck in their bodies, their relationships, or their fears. That’s why I practice somatic (body-based) and trauma-informed therapy, not just talk.
I’m trained to help you:
You belong here, exactly as you are.
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, kink-aware, and poly-friendly. You don’t have to explain or hide your identity, your relationships, or your desires. If you’re ready to actually feel better, not just understand why you hurt, reach out.
At Soulera, we understand that healing looks different for everyone. Your journey is unique, and we'll find the right approach together to support your growth.
Our body can hold onto stress and difficult experiences. Through gentle practices like somatic resourcing, breathwork, and interoceptive awareness techniques, we'll help you feel more at ease in your body. Many clients find this helps them feel calmer and more grounded in their daily lives.
Feeling safe and comfortable with intimacy takes time. We provide a judgment-free space to explore these sensitive topics, helping you, whether individually or as a couple, build trust and connection at your own pace.

Take time for your personal growth and healing in a confidential virtual space. Our 50-minute individual sessions provide focused, one-on-one support as you work through life's challenges, develop coping strategies, and move toward positive change.

Support your teen’s emotional growth in counseling focused on coping skills, communication, and resilience during adolescence.

Strengthen your relationship through dedicated 60-minute sessions designed to improve communication, deepen connection, and navigate challenges together. We help couples build the tools needed for a healthier, more fulfilling partnership.
We believe therapy should be more than a service. It should fit seamlessly into your life and provide meaningful, lasting change. At Soulera Counseling, we take a comprehensive approach to healing, guiding you toward deeper connection and empowerment. Here’s what sets us apart...
Do you find yourself saying 'yes' when you want to say 'no'? Maybe you're exhausted from putting everyone else's needs first, or you keep ending up in relationships that leave you feeling drained and misunderstood. These patterns often emerge from past experiences that taught us to doubt our own needs and feelings. We help you recognize your worth, understand what healthy relationships feel like, and learn to create boundaries that protect your peace. Together, we'll build the skills to nurture connections that feel authentic and supportive.
Learn MoreWhen you've experienced difficult times, your body remembers. You might notice yourself feeling constantly on edge, having trouble sleeping, or experiencing physical tension without understanding why. Perhaps you're struggling with anxiety that shows up in your body, making it hard to feel present in your daily life. We combine different approaches to help your mind and body feel safer and more connected. Through manageable steps, we work together to help you find relief from these overwhelming sensations and return to feeling more like yourself.
